How to do MBBS - 

MBBS has a Graduation Degree Course in the medical field. This degree or course takes 5.5 years to complete. This is the only Bachelor's degree, after which students can use the word Doctor in the first of their name.

MBBS is considered the world's largest course in terms of duration and social standing. MBBS is the first choice of students who are intermediate in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. To get admission in MBBS Course in India, students have to complete their 10 + 2 education with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology and score 40% in the case of reserved class with minimum 50% marks. Students should be between 17 and 25 years of age to do MBBS.

There are several ways through which a student can take admission in MBBS course. But, a necessary condition for being able to practice in India is now NEET for MBBS. An MBBS course in India is for five years. India has always placed a lot of emphasis on education and the same is true for the MBBS curriculum. The Medical Council of India has given clearly defined and strict guidelines regarding the syllabus in the MBBS syllabus. Students have to study many subjects during their MBBS course. In the first year of MBBS, there are 3 subjects, Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry. In the second year of MBBS, there are 4 subjects which are pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, and forensic medicine. Thereafter, for two more years of MBBS, there are clinical subjects which in the third year consist of preventive and social medicine, ophthalmology, and ENT. In the final year, students study medicine, including surgery orthopedics, pediatrics and gynecology, and obstetrics. Then, the student will have to undergo a one-year compulsory internship at the end of the MBBS course. An almost identical pattern is for students who wish to study abroad, although the number of years may vary.

MBBS Entrance Exam - 

Today, the NEET conducts the MBBS entrance exam now. Which includes almost all government and private medical colleges in India. But for MBBS, AIIMS, JIPMER, and AFMC conduct separate entrance exams. To get admission in any medical college in India, students now have to pass the NEET entrance exam only after that they get admission in MBBS Course.

MBBS Course Duration - 

The duration of the MBBS course is 5.5 years, in which 4.5 years of academic education + 1 year of compulsory internship.

MBBS Course Fees - 

There are both private and government colleges are available for doing the MBBS course in India but there is a lot of difference in their fees. The fees of private colleges are also decided by the state government. If we talk about the Government Medical College, the lowest fee is AIIMS, whose fee is only Rs 1390 per year while the fee for Army Medical College is Rs 56500 per year.

The fees of the MBBS Course are the highest in private Colleges in India and it has been seen that fees range from 9 lakh to 12 lakh rupees per year. In the course of 5.5 years, the student has to pay a fee of 4.5 years to the college because there is a one-year training program in which the students do not have to pay the fees.
